Royal Feast Caterers is the outdoor catering arm of Captain Nova, a restaurant that has been serving Varanasi for years. The same chefs, the same sourcing discipline and the same obsession with taste now travel to your lawn, banquet hall or farmhouse.

Kashi has fed pilgrims and guests for as long as anyone has counted, and a Banarasi host is judged by one thing — whether the food was worth remembering. That is the standard we cook to. Banarasi and North Indian at the heart of it, with Mughlai, Chinese and Continental wherever the occasion calls for them.

Founded by Monika Singh and personally overseen by Monika and Sudhanshu Singh, every event is treated as a single, undivided responsibility — from the first enquiry to the last plate cleared.
